Abrasion emulsion waste water (oil) is a kind of abrasion steel industry production process of waste water, the main ingredient is 2% ~ 10% of mineral oil and emulsifier, nature is very stable, with general physical and biochemical treatment is hard to get ideal effect, usually effluent oil content is 800 ~ 1000 mg/L, could not reach the requirements of environment protection.
Abrasion emulsion (oil) wastewater treatment methods are: gravity separation, air flotation separation process in a granular method, deep filtering method, and ultrafiltration membrane separation. Gravity separation, graining process and the removal rate of the floating separation process is low, high oil content, water only as oily wastewater pretreatment; Ultrafiltration membrane separation has high removal efficiency, water the advantages with good effect, concrete can be divided into organic and inorganic ultrafiltration membrane separation ultrafiltration membrane separation.
Organic ultrafiltration membrane separation, are mainly applied in large steel projects, emulsion abrasion ultrafiltration membrane process is among them. Emulsion through organic ultrafiltration membrane after processing, the effluent oil content of 10 ~ 30 mg/L. Inorganic ceramic membrane is Al2O3 porous ceramic membrane support the alumina membrane, and its resistance to high temperature (800 ℃) and high pressure (mpa), corrosion resistance, resistance to microbial erosion etc, and therefore has been applied in oil drilling, oil field injection water treatment), food and beverage, pharmaceutical, biological engineering, sewage treatment and water purification and other fields. Inorganic ceramic membrane separation of liquid mechanical impurities contained in mainly based on the theory of screening, can undertake oil-water separation because of inorganic ceramic membrane is a kind of membrane, polarity hydrophilic oleophobic characteristics, water and membrane interface can be less than the interface of oil with membrane, so under the same pressure, and realize the separation of water more easily than oil through the membrane pores. Therefore, inorganic ceramic membrane in emulsion abrasion (oil) wastewater treatment has a broad prospect of application.
By inorganic ceramic microfiltration membrane processing abrasion emulsion waste water (oil) in the domestic application of shorter time, don‘t know much about the processing system.
